i have a 92 bronco has a302, i changed the powersteering pump but it still makesloud noises even had to pay a 79 dollar fine !please help getting desperate!

 

If you changed the pump and the noise is there still it isn't the pump, taek the belts off(temporarily) and start up to eliminate anything else they drive, a whining will most likley be a bearing, air con, tensioner, vac/smog pump ?
