electrical mishap

Question electrical mishap

just replaced the wiring harnesses for all door components all was well
until i refitted the dash in my stupidity i didnt tape up the radio wiring bare ends [NOT my doing some muppet previously cut the plugs off that as well]
any way the wires kinda decided to fuse together with a lot of smoke and now i have no windows heaters or lights
isnt a fuse does anyone know the relay or have i now shagged all my wiring

could it not be a main fuse in the engine bay?

what car is it mate? Is there not a fusebox inside the car aswell?

check to see if u have melted the earth for them in theory the fuse should blow first tho

cheers for advice guys prob now fixed
replaced every relay in back half of fuse box all works ok now
