gearbox
my clutch went about 2 months ago and i have just recently changed it for a ap racing organic kit. i put the car on axel stands and removed the gearbox onto the floor with drive shafts still conected. i have now put the gearbox and clutch back on and the clutch works grand but there is a crunchy grinding noise when slowing down in gear also when accelerating. if the clutch is pressed in and the car is rolling i can still hear it but not as loud. does anyone have any clue? ive been told it might be the cluth release bearing but unsure about that. the car is a s2 rst.

I have exactly the same problem with this strange noise and the gearbox works erfectly but strange noise
I suspect a problem with the clutch cable so the release bearing is not always again the clutch
did you find the solution ?
