gearbox
my clutch went about 2 months ago and i have just recently changed it for a ap racing organic kit. i put the car on axel stands and removed the gearbox onto the floor with drive shafts still conected. i have now put the gearbox and clutch back on and the clutch works grand but there is a crunchy grinding noise when slowing down in gear also when accelerating. if the clutch is pressed in and the car is rolling i can still hear it but not as loud. does anyone have any clue? ive been told it might be the cluth release bearing but unsure about that. the car is a s2 rst.

got told it might be the box vibrating on the cradle as it does it mainly on over run. gona try and adjust it with the slots where the bushes mount the cradle.
