Default Missfire on boost

What normally causes this? i have had the timing checked, new dizzy, plugs, leads, rotor arm, had the fueling set but still bad, drives fine if driven off boost but when it kicks in it really holds back and misses, have been told maybe the cam is worn, sound right? any ideas please on what to try next, thanks

Sticky wastegate actuator!!! Check if you can pull it open quite easily with some grips, or try doing it by hand but MAKE SURE ITS COLD!
