Unhappy running problems

Just a quick question on my car setup..my mk6 escort started out as a 1.4ltr and i converted it to turbo using the 1.6 frst engine and im running ofab with beige injectors and also running a walbro fuel pump but its way down on power, now the only thing i havent changed is the gearbox...should i have changed the gearbox as someone told me that the ratio in the 1.4ltr box compared to the frst box is way too low and thats why i have no power..the car feels like its not running any turbo..by the way...its a t3 turbo that im using...any ideas on this one guys

Could be alsorts, you sure the actuator's set right ie have you got a boost gauge telling you it is actually boosting ok? If your cam timing's way out it'll still feel like a 1.4 too lol. I'm assuming the ECUs running a 195 chip too....?

I have it set to run 10 psi...its boosting fine according to two different boost gauges that i tried..cam timing is spot on..I dont have the 195 but i dont see that making any difference as i also ran the car on ofac setup and its still down on power..Any other ideas ?

I'm pretty sure you must have a 195 chip in to be running beige injectors otherwise the normal ECU will fuel according to standard blue ones which flow about a third less. ie you'll be heavily overfuelling. I'd suggest if you've still got the blue injectors then slap them back in, turn the boost down to 7psi, if there's a chip fitted take it out and see how she runs then m8
