am i right in saying if you disconnect amal valve wires you should only be boosting about 10psi reason i ask is, i was cleaning under the bonnet and noticed wire off valve and it was still producing 26 spike 21 held, i put voltmeter on wires with ignition on and getting 0.12 on the readout i connected back up and got 0.many thanks in advance.
