There was a thread on here a while back concerning cossie engine oil and what was the best to use.

I think it came to the conclusion that silkolene Pro S was the best although I cannot remember the exact grade?

Could somebody please remind me which one is best for a stage 3 saff.
Think it may have been 10w-50 iirc

I would say a lot of people on here now run the Silkolene Pro S 10w-50 - at a guess that's what was probably recommended
