what injectors would help a bit.....ie ur 803's will hold 22/23 psi.........but bigger will hold more.....but a t34.48 is good for a 30/32psi spike and a held 28.........(how long it lasts...???..)

You set the boost level to what your engine will run without running lean or pinking.. This could be 29 psi 21 psi or whatever. A professional tuner will set this for you job done, i would never just set the boost and "hope" its ok.
diffent injectors will flow at diffrent rates plus a host of other variables to consider, fuel pressure, fuel flow from the tank etc etc

hmmm.... another question to all: what AFR do you have at full boost with t34.48 and 803's or what AFR is good for this spec by your opinion at 98 RON and std comp. ratio?
