Torque settings and sequence for zetec 1.8

Hi was wondering if anybody new the torque settings and sequence( which bolts in which order ) for a 1998 escort si 1.8 zetec?. As I am replacing the head and gaskets.

Thats off the top of my head so you can imagine how many times i have done it.
