been trying to sort my 2wd saph out for a while now, changed all sensors, its running better got it down to 5% CO, but we cant get any adjustment at all on the ecu CO screw, is this a ecu fault?

hmm sounds like it, this should ajust CO quite a bit when you have it on the meter

What ECU is it L6 or L8? sounds like you will have to take it out and pop the cover off and see why its not moving..

its an L6 mate, had a look inside and the screw is connected inside

It may be easyer to get another.. it should turn two or three complete revolutions i think..

the screw just spins and spins, and the CO doesnt move on the meter!

The screw does just turn and turn, and goes past base and back etc.
The fact that it is not adjusting the co is of course as you say wrong, I would as said have a look inside to see if the trim pot is damaged, or become broken disconnected.
The screw does not have a stop as such and will just turn.
