Different guys, sorry.

The diode is actually inverse, now on some vehicles this doesnt seem to matter at all, but on others it can cause wierd problems. The 2wd valve is no longer in production either

Bugger - now if I have a spare 2wd ISCV, what risks to I take in trying it on my 4x4 ?

This is just a temporary measure - or am I better off buying a 4x4 one outright ?
