Default Brake fittings

Imm just going to upgrade the copper pipe we fitted in our rally car to braided hose but i cant remember the sizes of the correct fitting does anyone know off the top of there head.

the ones that go into the master cylinder and the ones that go into the calipers.

I remember them being a different size but can't remember exactly what size they were.

Are they 10mm and 3/8's

so far the set up is

front to front rear to rear.

the rears t piece into one pipe that runs through the car through a bias and hand brake then another t piece at the back one line then goes to each caliper.

car is a mk3 fiesta xr2i running rs2k disks and calipers on the back.
