Default Idle adjustment on a series 2 RST

I want to adjust my idle speed when ticking over on my S2, Is it in easy job. When warm it seems to be ticking over at 1400 rpm, I want to take it down to about 1000 if poss.

Many thanks
Nick

the screw at the bottom of the throttle body screws inwards to reduce the revs!
