fuel pump problems

Hi everyone, ive currently got a 3i converted rs, it runs fine off standard fuel tank and pump, but the pump sounds like its strugling. ive tryed to put my turbo pump on but it wont fit in cradle. will it be ok to keep running on 3i pump? thanks 4 looking any help welcome.

I ran my turbo on an xr3i pump for about 2 years mate with no problems just think you will be limited to what power you can run as the xr3i pump and turbo pump have different fuel delivery rates.

cool, any ideas wot the limit would be? its currently running 196 but i`m hopin to get it to 220. still cant understand why turbo pump dosent fit, do u know if the cradles r the same?

You should get to 200bhp but that will prob be the limit,the pump should fit in the cradle if not just get a turbo cradle or make one,you may find the turbo pump is a bit fatter thats why it wont fit hope this helps mate.
