seems slow with power then picks up then drops off. Sounds like air being sucked in but have tightened all pipes up and still nothing. I am at a loss. The turbo seems like hesitant if that makes sense? Anyone got any ideas please

 

make sure your intercooler isnt split also check dump valve isnt broke [diaphram]
