Default Identify Pistons Cosworth

Could anyone identify the pistons in the pics
They were removed from a 200 block
Mahle pistons
Under the piston it has 90P44W2+
On the top it has sp0,05 91,775

Is it possible to tell if they are Low Comp/ Standard and what size are they?????

Any help would be great

Thanks

definitely low compression from the size of the bowl, 1mm oversize.

How do you know they are 1mil over size ????

Any idea of the compression ratio or does that need to be measured?

I need std size for my car, can the pistons be bought like this or have they been machined

Thanks

91.775 will be the piston size - 1mm larger than standard bore..

sorry can't help on identifying the exact CR, but the bowl is certainly way bigger than standard. I believe Mahle make low CR pistons like this, although not 100% certain .. You may want to consider genuine Cosworth Racing pistons with low CR, I don't think the price difference is great.

Rich in your opinion you would say the low comp Cosworth Racing pistons would be a better bet than the Mahle items.

Thanks

for what my opinion's worth, yes.. but you'd be better getting the view of people who have used both..
Cosworth quality is second to none, and generally regarded to be the best pistons available.
