Plugging brake unions when car is dismantled...
Over xmas I'm going to be removing my rear axle which obviously mean disconnecting all the brake pipes...
My questions is when the car is apart is there anything available to plug the brake pipes to stop the endless dripping of brake fluid?
I want to just remove the braided hoses and put something in their place on the end of the union on the copper pipe...does anybody know of anything commerically available? The little plastic caps you get with new hoses don't seem 'water' tight....
