Can I fit beige injectors to my erst before having a chip fitted? Will it run ok, or will it just flood the engine? Thanks

well i take it your escort has been converted to efi....and no...dont put the injectors in without the chip...

and if you still on normal RST mechanical fuel injection you will have a hard ass job of making em fit anyhow

i thought standard injectors on mfi were good enough for 200bhp,would he need an uprated fuel pump as well

Sorry people, yes it is EFI and I also have a cosworth fuel pump fitted. The thing is I didnt want to fit the injectors, then take them back out, if the OFAC chip I have is no good. Thanks for the help
