Default Track Day Wheels

I'm starting to get my car ready to take on track, so started looking for some different wheels as dont want to damage my RS 7's

What size wheel is best ? 15's or 16's ?? What tyres ?

Any advice would be cool

smaller wheels should make it handle better and give you better acceleration. Escos wheels should be ideal

Why not see if you like it first, before spending money.

You are also MUCH MUCH more likely to damage wheels on the road than you are on track.

No Potholes or kerbs on Track don't forget

Then forget track days, as standard brakes aren't up to more than a couple of quick stops on the road - but you will soon find that out on track (especially if the pads and fluid are standard items) . Personally, I would bin the RS7s, as you can't fit big brakes behind them, and buy a set of Comp Mos, which allow choices regarding the brakes (bigger discs with standard callipers or AP 4-pots).
