Default who has an Aeromotive Fuel pressure reg?

Who has one of these fitted to their car?

I believe PF Dave and Richard "B9COS" have one on their motors, anybody heard of them leaking fuel? I started my YB up on Sunday to be greeted by fuel leaks even though I have braided hosing!! Not happy I fixed the 2x leaks from the fuel rail and then found a leak on the regulator itself from the small allen key bolt on the face on the pic above, I fitted a fuel pressure guage in its place and that was sorted but then it pissed severely from the adjuster screw at the very top

WTF is going on, has this happened to anybody else and whats the cure cos I cant add PTFE to the adjuster screw thread too surely- it shouldnt need it??

Maybe a split membrane inside. Fuel shouldn't be getting up that far. Take it apart, you'd be surprised by how little you get for your money!!

Yes, mine did that. Also Tony Keegan's did it whilst in Ireland.

I think there must have been a batch not tightened properly. Give it a tighten up and it should be fine. If not add some PTFE and try that.

I had a leak from a rubber return hose on my road cossie, smelt fuel while driving just 5min from home, pulled over and it was all over the cam cover and manifolds Bit further up the road I would have been upto temp and on boost at speed... and probably up in flames . So I decided to sort that trouble out before I started this build but alas the fittings leaked into the fuel rail and the reg pissed it everywhere too JOY!

And to top it off I had John "TEV" on here and Adi having a fag behind me saying theres a leak just there

Ive fitted 7 or 8 of these, and used on on my own car for a couple of years. Never had a problem with any of them.

Yea, Aeromotive might sell them lol.

Demon Thieves do sell Aero stuff, but I doubt they would do repair parts.
Best to contact Aero themselves. Might even be a warranty issue ?

offending split mambrame across the rib, looks badly rubbered too so not fuel proof, will try Aeromotive direct but if not under warranty

I am looking for a replacement membrane... or Regulator

Aeromotive available through DannyB at Adrenaline race & performance and Mike at R&B motorsport I believe.
I use a Fuelab item available from GGR Leicester- better value by far and same spec- 2 rails -6fittings, fuel pressure guage take off etc
Blue, gold, red or black

Thanks Richie, yours was bolted to my car before PON sold it you

No Aeromotive isnt stamped on it, must be made by the same CNC company though as they are identical. Aeromotive wont replace what isnt theirs then so I still need a diaphragm for this one to either keep OR sell on , if not then mine is available to anybody for spares then, PM me, whats it worth?
