Default Road wheel sits further back on one side!

Tried to fit some mudflaps today to my Fiesta RS turbo and one wheel sits further towards the back of the wheel arch than the other does, about an inch preventing the flap being fitted.

I could be a bent strut but I'm sure I had this a while ago on another mk3 fiesta and I'm sure you can loosen the 3 bolts holding the ball joint wishbone in place and move it forward. Is that right? Any ideas guys? Thanks

The turbo has a difference bottom arm to the Mk3 models, make sure someone hasn't replaced it with a std one which would account for the difference.
