Mates have some problems with cossies..

all have 400 injectors with one a T3, another hybrid t34 and another gt28rs with 044, rs500 intercooler, ......

the problem, they can't have more boost than 1.4 bar (20 psi)....

my friend had search and test various plugs, distributor caps, chips, ...

but when the distributor cap is hot, if he unplug the plug cable number 3 , he has some spark near the distributor

do you think that the problems are linked ?

dont think so fella u say the boost wont go above 1.4 bar?there is no misfire etc?

 

no, 3 differents car has the same problem....

the chip use has 28 psi max, i think that it's a ignition problem, ...

 

could be what plugs are u using and what gap u set them at?
