Right im thinking of gettin a ecotec valve n wunderd if there where any good as av been told it might make ma fuel econemy better??? iv got a mk 5 escort m reg 1.6

ive read that they give good results on asperated cars allthough ive not tried one myself, because i'm not sure about turbo'd cars,as iv'e never seen an add mention them, but there not suitable for supercharged cars which are also forced induction,( which is why iv'e not tried one)
