How to tune a cosworth stage 3 ?
This is the question. How to tune it without any computer program or rolling test?
I live in Spain, and there is not any roller and nobody have any computer program to control the ECU of the car.
So how to do it???

But once fitted ( I did it myself at home ) the car dont have an smooth run.
When the engine is cold and I try to rev it up. it drowns.
If I keep the engine at 2000 rev it pops a little bit.
what boost should I set up??
how to set the engine properly?

Any tuner with a good rolling road and mapping equipment "should" be able to do it for you it dont need to be a cosworth specialist. It's not realy a D.I.Y job mate unless you have the equipment and the know how

They can be set up on a cheat, by tweaking fuel pressure.
What did you set the fuel pressure to ?, as it becomes a LOT more critical the larger flow the injectors.
I also forgot the 3 bar map sensor!!
You need to set the fuel pressure, then the CO which again is a lot more critical now for smooth running.
Depending on whose chip it is(?), will determine what settings to use as the map will have been written with these at a certain value.
Most(but NOT all) use std fuel pressure 3 bar plugged(vacuum) and about 3.5/7 unplugged(sealed pipe) vacuum.
Co is mostly set around 2.5% CO.
You could always put the std stuff back in, drive to a tuner here, and simply swap the bits over(outside unit), before the tune as it is easy stuff to do ?

What is left to do is to set the CO.
By the way , what means Ahmed Bayjoo? is maybe the brand? or what

Buenas paisano!!

How do you set the c0 to 2.5%?

Danrom, there is a guy that uses this forum from Spain, RAFA COSWORTH, maybe he can help you?
what turbo do you have? t3 or t34?
the chip will contain a map which determines the parameters your car must run, this will then give you smooth running
did you buy the chip 2nd hand? or did you buy it for your specification?
