Default Heat soak

My car is all sorted and set up properly but im suffering heat soak. I went out on a drive today and when i got home i felt the boost pipes to see how warm they were. now the intercooler was nice and cool but the boost pipe going up to the throttle body was worm/hot. is there anything i can do to cure this other than forking out for a bigger intercooler or water injection. would making a big scoop around the intercooler help at all to get more air through it.

Cheers for any help.

Anything that forces more air through the intercooler has got to be good news, remember to stop any air flow around the cooler as air will always go to the path of least resistance.
If the boost pipe is hot, it will not transfer loads of heat into the air inside as it is a very poor conductor of heat, do you have a vented bonnet ?, as this will help big time keep everything cool.
I see from your details that you are not driving a cossie, what intercooler is it then, I assume a cossie one ?

This is a pic of the intercooler im running

I have just fitted some bonnet raisers to the car and have noticed a difference in running temperature.

i will try and make some kind of shroud to force more air through the intercooler and see if it has any effect.
