I THOUGHT about it, but then thought what if it then needs balancing or explodes it bits into the intake, I was shaking like a little girl with that thought so left it alone, will leave it to GB next time.

I have rebuilt my own T3.

A kit won't necessarily solve your problem, it depends on what exactly is wrong with yours.

There could be parts that are worn and are beyond salvage, or then again you might be lucky...........

Ive just removed the turbo pipes to check the turbo and found oil in the pipes before and after the turbo the engine dose not smoke but over boost massivley and cuts out like hitting brick wall at full chatter.I had a bit of oil coming out of the dumpvalve after giving it a thrashing the other day so thought was the turbo but now seeing oil before turbo im now thinking exsesive oil passing through the breather system.Any thoughts on this? It also dose not tick over when warm but drives realy nicely (except too much boost )

re too much boost - check your AMAL valve clicks when the ignition is turned on - if not, check wiring to it or replace valve
