Default Poor running Saffhire Cossie

Does anyone have an idea of what the fault is on my Sierra Cossie? When i start it, it runs okay for a short while when it,s cold, but as soon as it starts to warm up it,s running lean. If i then shut it off, wait a short while and start it again, it runs okay for a few seconds and then it runs lean again. (i have checked the CO level. I have changed the MAP sensor recently because it broke, but that should be okay now. it runs okay on boost, but i don,t want to try that too much...
Any good ideas? Engine temp sensor or anything?

Regards Johnny Sweden.

CTS and it's wiring is first to look at.
If CTS has not been changed in the last 5 years or so I would change it, cheap piece of mind at about £10.
The reset CO to 2-2.5% idle, with hot engine.

Coolent temperature sensor its on the passenger side of the head right at the back underneath a coolent pipe. It sud b a blue sensor. I changed nine on my car cause when my engine got warm it used 2 missfire n i used 2 have black smoke coming out the exhaust. The engine was over fueling causing the black smoke.
