Anyone got any idea what is the right type of oil for a RWD ford LSd?

phone your local ford dealer,give them the chassis number they will tell you ,i think there are two types

if it's oldskool MK1/MK2 Escort territory with a Salisbury or ZF plate diff, then Castrol B373.
If it's a Quaife gear type, or later viscous coupling type, then straightforward Hypoid 90 or 80/90
