Default Polyurethane, quaife and haynes :-)

Greetings all,

I have a number of questions.

Is there anywhere i can get hold of a haynes manual for my 1996 escort cosworth 4x4. I have searched haynes website and they don't seem to have one. I have a copy of the ford workshop manual vol 1 and 2 but there are large holes in the onformation.

Next, i need to buy a whole lot of components to upgrade my car. Graham goode racing seem to have a good selection but they seem expensive. Is there another crowd that know what they are talking about with more resonable prices?

Next, where is the best place to buy a complete polyurethane bush and mounting kit for suspension, diffs etc.

I intend to upgrade my esco to 400hp. Will the quaife MT75 upgrade kit handle this or do i need to look elsewhere?
Will my standard diffs handle 400hp in road driving conditions. I don't intend to race or rally this vehicle.

any help will be appreciated.

Dave
