Default RS Turbo upgrades

Hi all, I have an RS Turbo cabriolet project that has pretty much come to a stand still due to lacking funds, ideally I want to do a ZVH conversion and have loads of trick gadgets but it's time for me to face reality and just make alterations that I can afford at the moment. Can anyone suggest any upgrades/ alterations I can make to get as much power as possible for as little cash as possible. The engine is standard apart from a piper-cross induction and stainless scorpion exhaust. Ideally I'd like to get around 170-180 bhp but can this be done on a tight budget? Any help or suggestions are welcome. Many thanks guys and girls

yes it can be done but you can get that with a 1.6 cvh so not worth the hassle
