Default Replacing Radiator

Hi guys

The guy who normally does my repairs etc has broken his hand, so I gotta give this a bash myself!

Anybody got any hints/tips to make this job easier/quicker?

Also, what type of coolant/anti-freeze do people recommend?

Cheers

the rads in cvh's are a doddle to take out and refit, just make sure you take the bottom hose off first and drain out the water into a tub of some sort, then disconnect all hoses to the rad etc. Then its a simple case of the reverse mode and topp up with the blue antifreeze from your local parts store or halfords if your not sure.

And of course undo the screws to the fan first or if not just undo the main screws to the chassis and pull the rad out from the bottom of the car!
