It would but as you say it HAS to be low boost, and you will need some way of getting sufficient fuelling on boost otherwise you'll just melt down

well i turbod my 1.4 befor i put a zvh in and did nothing to the engine at all just bolted the erst turbo on run oil feed from oil pressure swich welded return in sump conected all up and ran 7 psi boose with blue frst injectors and more fuel pressure with an fse valve befor i took it out i ran 15 psi and full fuel pressure to try and kill it for 500 miles and diddent die when i striped it there was no dammage to pistons at all and still ran sweet aswell befor i took it out i would say you mite need bigger injectors aswell as an fse valve but i would only run 7 psi max if you want it to last on standard compression.

I got the hoses, intercooler and ECU at the moment, i plugged the ECU in earlier and it only made the engine tick over, wouldn't start
does it need the turbo fitted 1st or is the ECU gone???
