lol once again on here after help, can anyone explain the fitting instructions for the coolant sensor that operates the temp gauge, i have the part just need to fit thanks

 

the coolant temperature sensor should scew straight into the cylinder head.

can you please explain fuly what the problem is then i can help

 

As said, just pull off connector on existing one, then unscrew it, screw new one in put connector on.
If you have the new one to hand you can simply put your finger over the hole to stop the water flow, won't be a lot anyway if cap is on expansion tank, then screw new one in.
