Has anyone had trouble with the air intake temp sensor on a focus rs as mine has thrown the engine management light on and knocked my boost right off.
spoke to ford and they sent me a new air flow meter which after speaking to someone else they told me its the sensor on the throttle elbow on top of the manifold. spoke to ford again and they say it only comes with the elbow and is 125.83 +v.a.t.

I don't know if this helps but I've had a quick look at the code and the Focus RS has the same transfer table for the ECT and ACT sensors as most other eec Fords I've seen. If the thread is the same you can use, say, a mk1 Mondeo ACT sensor.
