hi wondering if anyone can help my focus rs is smoking its when you come to a stop from putting your foot down it smokes for a couple of seconds its the same if you rev it on the spot it smokes wen the revs have come back down its a white/blue smoke it still runs fine an boosts up well any ideas would be spot on the car has got a decat an piper cross viper air filter and bluefin oh an a dump valve witch i fort was making the problem like a over fuel witch would make it smoke? but it didnt really smoke like it does now witch makes me think something else fingers crossed nothing to bad lol cheers

I know absolutely 100% fuck all about FRS's, but thats the classic symptoms of the turbo gone...........

Has it done many miles? Do you let it run on before you switch the engine off or just turn the engine off as soon as you stop?

 

its done 53k mate yeah i was thinking it could be the turbo im bit gutted now lol yeah i leave it a couple of mins before i turn it off

 

well don't just take my word for it, but i wouldn't be surprised if its that

 

got same symotoms on my rs turbo, sounds like its your turbo mate.
