Fuel Pressure Regulator
What does the screw on top of it do, would it make it rice ????

it will adjust the pressure itself,
, but it should only ever be set by your tuner or whoever sets up the car to the correct pressure, as wrong doing will cause damage

As said used to fine tune pressure, on older non adjustable ones you could effect the same by squeezing in a vice to preload spring inside!!

Yes as delivery rate wil be different for same injector pulse.
If car chipped etc will have been checked for emissions anyway.

Well my cars done 25miles to a tenner so could it be something to do with the regulator
??

Cars xr2i 1.6 cvh standard, the CO reading was high when ran on dad's machine so he adjusted some little screw on the throttle body
said it should be little better
, its only been bad the last few day, usually i get about 40/50 mile on tenners petrol, i not even been ragging it lately

Seems ok now got about 45miles on Ł8/9 worth petrol and that was raggit a little

Screw on the throttle body doesnt affect the CO, its teh idle bypass screw.

and to add it wont change the idle if you turn it anyway
