Dizzy cap, look for tracking marks, is it random, or a regular misfire ?

As it's regular most likely a problem only on one cylinder.
Leave it running and pulleach plug lead in turn to see which one.
If this makes no difference then try the disconnecting each injector inturn so as to identify dodgy cylinder, then do a compy test to determine what it is.

If you get to a cylinder that makes NO DIFFERENCE, you know it is not doing anything!!, so at least you will know which one it is.

have you checked to c if you have a spark at the end of each lead by the spark plug as it could be the coil pack breaking down

as GUP says, coil pack is common problem on the EFI mate, worth investing in a fault code reader too, it could save you replacing bits that dont need replacing,
