Default iscv valve

how is the best way to clean it. mine flutters the revs up and down on cold.

been told that carbrutter cleaner is best.i havent got any of that is brake cleaner the same sort of stuff or can i use anthing else like wd40.?

what do i need to do, unscrew it of engine and spay inside?

Don't dismantle the actual valve, just take off car and then use a small screwdriver to push centre plunger down GENTLY, as it is this bit that sticks, and then you can really spray where it matters.
USE proper carb cleaner though and spray with silicone spray afterwards as this helps to resist build up of crap again.
I use DASH DANDY to spray after cleaning as it has a lot of silicone in it.

Should be fine with brake cleaner IMO its all similar stuff!

You only want it to degrease and remove all the crap
