Maybe a bit dumb me asking this but how are the home safe lights activated on the fiesta st thanks

I dont know if its the same but with fiat puntos u turn ur head lights on n then turn the ignition key off as far as it will go n then pull key out n the lights stay on.

turn the light switch from position 0 to position auto then back to 0


or if you have it in auto to start with, switch from auto to 0 then back to auto

What exactly are comfort lights please ?
I am thinking it is a delay of the headlights turning off is that correct ?
