mk6 escort engine converstion
i have been offerd a 2.0 litre engine out of a mondeo and was wondering if it would just drop straight into my mk6 escort or would i have to do anything to the engine first

Depends on the age of the Mondeo?
If it is a silver top you will need to swap the sump and waterpump off the Escort engine onto the Mondeo engine. You will then need the Modeo ECU and will have to check all the wiring plugs match your current loom. The blacktop engine can be a tad more complicated.
