Default help needed rear wheels problem

ok i here goes i did a full rebuild on my series 1 including every bolt nut etc etc my problem which i never noticed till the last minute is

my wheels are sitting at a very strange angle the are towing in

the wheels are sitting out at the top and in at the bottom the passenger side is doing it worse than the drivers side

i bought the car as a bare shell but the boy that had it sent the car into ford and had all the panels changed to a very high spec i have checked my reciepts i had and shows its had both rear quarters changed aswell well on reciept it says panel qtr outer finnis codes 1634721 and 1634722 the rear suspension parts powdercoated

i have swapped parts with either side and does not help any i have also tried the rear tie bars round the other way i even thought it might have been dodgy shocks so i fitted another set aswell to no avail

has anybody else had this problem

any advice would be greatly appreciated

cheers stevie

now dont quote me on this but im sure there is some way of adjusting it thru the tie bars.... similar to a track rod end if you like.... like i said im not 100% on it but im pretty sure theres something like that. Hopefully this helps but its the only thing i can think of that would relate to it

its alll been poly bushed. the right bolts shocks sit right up. the car sits flat but one whell is leaning more than the other. all i can think of is a twisted chassis

have you checked to c if the shocks are stright and not bent
have you checked for play in it
if you measure the centre cap of 1 wheel and the centre cap of the other wheel
and do the same on the other side you can tell if its twisted
also check that the wheel is sitting flush ie
jack it up and spin the wheel and see if it spins true
