So is it easy to undo as when my horn stopped b4 i hit the stearing wheel and it work but not now so i tried hitting it again but nothing. How or what would be the best thing to use to get it off.

If I were you I would not remove the airbag until you have checked for a feed and return on the HORN wire going to the wheel, just don't confuse horn with airbag, which should be YELLOW WIRES ON AIRBAG, be careful, they can cause injury.
The reason I say this is because you may find it is a loose connection not in the airbag, you could always just bridege the horn wires to see if there is anything, the HORNS do regularly pack up, but have a screw on them and can be retuned back in sometimes, so worth a look first.

NEVER PLACE AN AIRBAG FACE-DOWN.
If it goes off, it will be like a ballistic missile. With the metal backing on the ground, it will just bounce slightly on the ground, instead of shooting about 30ft up in the air.
