Just needs a new valve, easy job cheaper than a new head as well, just get new valve and lap it in.

There is a hole in front side of block, behind a 10mm bolt near the bottom, undo this and GENTLY TURN the crank until it contacts the pin on the cranks web inside engine.
You approximate TDC with wheel then turn back say 1/8 turn counter clockwise then install pin then bring onto contact by turning clockwise, you will feel it when it goes not more..

not quite so simple. i take it uv taken the cam pullys off, b4 u put the belt on u gotta do one up, put the belt on, pull the belt tight across the 2 pullys then do the other one up. n make sure you use thread-lock, u dont want em comin undone. but if u aint taken em off then ye should b ok

yeh. just gotta tension it up. if uv bort a cam belt kit then that shud b easy 2 just gotta bolt it on then pull the pin out once the belts on. put some marks on the cam pullys and bottom pully with some tipex or somthin then turn the engine over by hand n make sur they all line back up again
