Default boost guage help!!!!

Hi all i have just brought a ford racing boost gauge, need helping install it when do i connect it to the engine. ( as you can tell im new to this and i cant find my inst ).


any pics would be great

Find a small vacuum pipe AFTER the throttle plate, so on the inlet plenum or similar, and use a T piece to splice into the pipe

where is tht on a cosworth 2wd, dont really want to start cutting wrong pipes lol

the most accurate place is to cut into the pipe that goes to the map sensor and then put a t piece in the map sensor is on the passenger side inner wing about half wy and in the middle on a little bracket.there is a pipe and a block connector on it you cant really see the sensor as it sits under the bracket

Its worth while putting cable ties on the pipe connections aswell

The MAP sensor pipe is NOT the best place to be T'ing into!
