oil Recommendation please

Can anyone suggest whats the best oil to use in my Escort GTi

I think for a normal ztec its just SAE 5W 30. Castrol oil is normaly ok u can still buy the proper ford oil n its not that dear.

ZETEC needs 5/30 to at least the same spec as Ford reccomend.
