Default frst engine judder problem

ive got a prob with my ofac managed engine in my orion.
at about 40 mph in 4th it will judder and you have to change down to 3rd to stop it.
also when trying to drive slow about 30mph its very on/off with the throttle.
this really is annoying me now and it seems to get worse when hot.
this is what ive tryed
cleaned changed iscv
changed tps.
changed coolant sensor
checked co
changed maps sensor
changed edis
and its still doing it.
also if you hold the revs on the car at about 2000rpm (just revving it) it is miss firing quite badley.
at idle it will miss a beat every now and then.
could this cause the juddering??
other wise it drives fine pulls very well and doesnt appear to miss fire when on boost.
plugs are ford agrp12 pp8's
standerd ford plug leads.
what can i try next or do i need to take it to someone with crypton equip to test ignition system.
please help
thanks
