Just fitted my water injection how my instructions told me. And as soon as i turn the ignition on weather the car is runnin or not the pump comes on! Is this right?? I've took of the inlet jet out and nothing is being injected when its not on the correct boost!!

 

As far as i know the pump primes to set pressure.

In the same way that when you turn on the ignition the fuel pump primes and raises pressure in the fuel rail so that when you turn the key the fuel is at enough pressure for the injectors.
