Default oil change ??????

may be an old post but going on a track day on saturday and wanting to do a oil change on my saff cossie. what oil do you guys recommend.

I run 10/60 Millers(with the occasional lead foot ) in mine with no problems!

I use 10 60 castrol rs in mine its about 35 quid for 4 litres n a 1 litre top up is 10 quid
