If i was you id be hoping the seals aint gone in the turbo rather than the worrying about the headgasket headgasket is about £30 a turbo rebuild is £350+ do a compression test on the headgasket takes about ten min's mate then you'll know if the gasket is fucked or not

The only way oil can mix with coolant from the turbo is if its crakced.
Not being funny mate but i did tell you long ago to have a compression test done, your taking guesses and thats usually a fairly good way of wasting money on things that you don't need.

You maybe lucky and the headgasket and the oil seals may be fucked then if you've got ALOT of what looks like
in your pipes
Do a compression test(or take it to a garage and they will do it for you) mate then you will know for sure weather your headgasket is gone or weather the water way in the turbo is cracked ect.. it's a process of elimination mate but you ALWAYS!! start with the cheapest things first because like safechav said guess work can just become an expensive hobby

How many miles on the car/engine?? any photos of engine bay??! forget the turbo for awhile -start with a cylinder pessure test- remove plug insert tester and turn over( remove center ht lead so it just turns over and wont fire up/run). make a note of the reading, then do each one in turn, its no good sorting a tuRbo problem out if its the head gasket etc----------DO AS YOUR TOLD KHANNY-LOL- KEEP HAPPY IT'LL GET SORTED-speak soon.
