Default Map sensor FRST

My map sensor has gone down and was woundering if it is possible to use the 3 bar map sensor instead of a std one the engine is std at the mo but im going to be getting beige injectors and a 195 chip in the next few months .

It would be cheaper to use a 2.5 bar map sensor from an escort cossie this is what i use on mine as you will not run any more boost than 16 - 18 psi on a 195 frst chip

Pretty sure you'll need a chip to run anything other than a standard sensor, the MAP in the ECU will be wrong otherwise
